Our products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit access to any order, license, account, download, update, support service, or Hire Us service if we detect fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, unauthorized distribution, violation of these terms, or suspicious behavior.

Payments for purchases made directly through our Website are processed through Stripe.

Prices, applicable taxes, product features, license entitlements, support periods, and any additional charges are presented during the purchase process or in the applicable product information.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

5. Products Sold on Multiple Platforms

Some Gloria Themes products may be available for purchase both on gloriathemes.com and on third-party marketplaces such as ThemeForest/Envato.

The availability, pricing, license terms, support period, refund eligibility, taxes, fees, and purchase conditions may differ depending on the platform where the product is purchased.

A lower or different price on gloriathemes.com does not automatically apply to purchases made through ThemeForest/Envato. Marketplace prices, fees, promotions, taxes, and policies may differ from the prices and terms offered on our own website.

6. Platform-Specific Terms

If you purchase a product through ThemeForest/Envato, your transaction is processed by Envato and is subject to Envato’s applicable terms, licensing rules, support policy, refund policy, taxes, fees, and payment conditions.

If you purchase a product directly from gloriathemes.com, your transaction is processed through our own website and is subject to the terms, license, support period, refund policy, taxes, fees, and payment conditions stated on gloriathemes.com.

Purchases made through different platforms are treated as separate transactions. Pricing, promotions, licenses, support entitlements, refunds, and other purchase benefits are not automatically transferable or interchangeable between platforms.

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to customers.

7. Pricing

Prices may vary between gloriathemes.com and third-party marketplaces due to different platform fees, commissions, promotional structures, taxes, currency conversions, and business arrangements.

We do not provide price matching, partial refunds, credits, or compensation for price differences between gloriathemes.com and third-party marketplaces, including ThemeForest/Envato.

Our products may contain components licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses, and nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under those licenses.

Customers may not share, transfer, resell, or misuse commercial license keys, account credentials, support entitlements, or other restricted services except where expressly permitted by the applicable terms.

Support eligibility may require proof of purchase, such as an Envato purchase code, Gloria Themes order number, license key, account email address, or other purchase-related information.

These services may include, but are not limited to, theme installation, demo import, website setup, WordPress development, WooCommerce customization, design customization, migration assistance, content placement, performance improvements, and other WordPress-related services.

Hire Us services are offered as additional paid services on gloriathemes.com and are separate from standard theme licenses, product downloads, updates, and regular product support unless expressly stated in writing.

Purchasing a WordPress theme, plugin, template, or other digital product from Gloria Themes does not automatically include custom development, custom design, website setup, content entry, migration, SEO, speed optimization, WooCommerce configuration, or third-party plugin customization.

Any Hire Us service must be agreed separately in writing, including the scope of work, price, delivery expectations, required access, customer responsibilities, revision limits, and payment terms.

Hire Us service payments, refunds, revisions, delivery times, and cancellation terms may differ from standard digital product purchases and are subject to the agreed scope, our applicable policies, and any written agreement made between the customer and Gloria Themes.

14. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining your WordPress installation
Keeping WordPress, plugins, and themes updated
Using compatible hosting and server settings
Backing up your website before updates or changes
Securing your website, login details, and server environment
Providing correct billing, tax, and account information
Ensuring that your use of our products complies with applicable laws

15. Prohibited Use

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts

Infringe intellectual property rights

Circumvent payment, account authentication, or commercial license systems to obtain unauthorized access to restricted downloads, updates, support, or services, without restricting lawful modification or use of open-source software.

16. Intellectual Property

Gloria Themes and its licensors retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, product names, documentation, original designs, and other protected materials, except where otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers receive the rights granted under the applicable commercial, open-source, or third-party licenses.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights independently granted under the GPL or other applicable open-source licenses.

17. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If you purchased a product through ThemeForest/Envato, refund requests must be submitted through Envato and are subject to Envato’s refund procedures.

If you purchased a product directly from gloriathemes.com, refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy published on gloriathemes.com.

Hire Us service refunds are handled according to the agreed scope, project stage, work completed, time spent, and our Refund Policy.

18. Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise expressly stated.

We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every hosting environment, compatible with every third-party plugin, or suitable for every specific business need.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital products or services.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gloria Themes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, website downtime, lost profits, lost opportunities, or costs arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, website, support, or Hire Us services.
