You are responsible for canceling any subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew.

8. Hire Us Payments

Hire Us services may require full or partial payment before work begins.

The price, payment schedule, scope, and billing terms for Hire Us services may be provided through gloriathemes.com, email, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or another official Gloria Themes communication channel.

Payments for Hire Us services are separate from theme licenses, product purchases, support renewals, subscriptions, and marketplace purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

Failure to complete payment may delay, suspend, or cancel the related Hire Us service.

9. Marketplace Purchases

Payments made through ThemeForest/Envato are processed by Envato and are subject to Envato’s pricing, billing, tax, refund, and payment terms.

We cannot directly modify, refund, cancel, or adjust payments made through ThemeForest/Envato unless the marketplace system allows us to do so.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your order, license, downloads, updates, support access, and Hire Us service while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
