License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of Gloria Themes digital products, including WordPress themes, templates, software files, demo content, documentation, and related assets.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a Gloria Themes product, you agree to this License Agreement.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a Gloria Themes product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type, plan, or purchase terms selected at the time of purchase.

You do not purchase ownership of the product, source files, brand, design, intellectual property, or related assets.

2. License Types

The number of websites, domains, installations, or projects where you may use a product depends on the license type purchased.

Examples may include:

• Single Site License
• Multiple Site License
• Agency License
• Lifetime License
• Subscription License
• Marketplace License

The exact license rights are displayed on the product page, checkout page, account page, or marketplace purchase record.

3. License Activation

Products purchased directly from gloriathemes.com may require a Gloria Themes license key, order ID, or account verification for activation, updates, downloads, and support.

Products purchased through ThemeForest/Envato may require an Envato purchase code or other marketplace verification.

We may require proof of purchase to verify license validity and support eligibility.

4. Marketplace and Website Licenses

A license purchased on gloriathemes.com is separate from a license purchased through ThemeForest/Envato.

Purchases cannot automatically be converted, transferred, exchanged, price-matched, or merged between platforms.

If you purchase the same product on both platforms, each purchase is treated as a separate license subject to the terms of the platform where it was purchased.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the product to build websites for yourself or your clients, depending on the license type purchased.

You may customize the product for your own licensed use or for a licensed client project.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell the product as your own
• Redistribute the product files
• Share the product publicly
• Upload the product to file-sharing websites
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer the product without permission
• Include the product in another downloadable product or template package
• Remove copyright, license, or ownership notices
• Use nulled, cracked, pirated, or unauthorized copies
• Bypass or attempt to bypass license validation
• Use one license on more websites than allowed

7. Updates

Your license may include access to product updates for a specific period or for as long as stated in the purchase terms.

After the update period expires, you may need to renew your license, subscription, or support/update plan to continue receiving updates.

8. Support

Support is not automatically unlimited. Support availability and duration depend on the product, platform, license type, support package, or purchase terms.

For gloriathemes.com purchases, support is provided according to the support period included with your order, subscription, license, or support package.

For ThemeForest/Envato purchases, support is provided according to the active support period shown in your Envato account or purchase record.

9. Hire Us Services and Licenses

Hire Us services are separate from product licenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

Purchasing a Hire Us service does not automatically grant additional product licenses, extend license validity, renew support, or provide additional update rights unless such rights are expressly included in the agreed service scope.

If a Hire Us service requires a Gloria Themes product or a third-party product, the customer is responsible for holding a valid license for the required product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. GPL and Other Components

Some parts of a WordPress theme may be subject to open-source licenses such as GPL. However, this does not mean that all assets included with the product are freely reusable.

Design files, branding, demo content, images, icons, documentation, proprietary code, and other assets may be protected by separate intellectual property rights or third-party licenses.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party assets complies with their applicable licenses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license, account, download access, updates, or support if we detect:

• License abuse
• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of this License Agreement
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete unauthorized copies.
