You can display the remaining number of tickets in two ways. The first method is automatic, the number of tickets sold is decreased from the number of stocks. Second method is the manual method, you can manually enter the remaining number of tickets.. You can use both for tickets.
Step 1 – Go to the Theme Options page from WordPress dashboard.
Step 2 – Open the Events > Detail Box section.
Step 3 – Activate the ‘Remaining Tickets’ option.
Step 4 – Go the Events > All Events.
Step 5 – Click on the event for which you want to show the remaining number of tickets.
Step 6 – Locate the ‘Event Details’.
Step 7 – Open the ‘Tickets’ tab.
Step 8 – Locate the ‘Remaining Tickets’ field. You will see two options in this field: WooCommerce Product and Manual Quantity.
WooCommerce Product
In this article, we have explained how you can sell tickets with WooCommerce. When you define stock for your WooCommerce products, this remaining stock will mean the remaining number of tickets.
If you select the WooCommerce Product option, the WooCommerce Product field will be displayed. Select the product for which you want to link the remaining number of tickets.
Manual Quantity
It’s a very simple feature. When you select this, manually enter the remaining number of tickets in the ‘Ticket Quantity’ field that opens. It will not decrease automatically, you have to decrease it manually.
Step 9 – You can save or update the page.
