How to Configure the Footer Widgets

< 1 min read

You can manage the Footer Widgets settings from:

Appearance → Customize → Footer → Widgets

General Settings #

  • Column – Define how many columns will be used in the footer widget area.

Adding Widgets #

After selecting the number of columns, you can add widgets from:

Appearance → Widgets

Based on the selected column count, corresponding widget areas will be created automatically. For example:

  • Footer Sidebar 1
  • Footer Sidebar 2
  • Footer Sidebar 3
  • Footer Sidebar 4

Each sidebar represents a column in the footer. You can add widgets (menus, text, images, etc.) to these areas.

To control where the widget section appears in the footer, go to:

Appearance → Customize → Footer → Footer General

Inside the Footer Sections area, you can reorder different footer blocks such as:

  • Newsletter
  • Contact
  • Icon Boxes
  • Widgets
  • Social
  • Copyright
  • Custom Section

You can drag and drop these sections to define their order in the footer layout.

Tip: Use footer widgets to display menus, recent posts, custom text, or any additional content to enrich your footer area.
