The Order on WhatsApp Button allows customers to quickly place orders or inquiries via WhatsApp directly from the product page.
This feature is especially useful for manual order handling, quick communication, or stores that prefer WhatsApp-based sales.
You can configure it from:
Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Order on WhatsApp Button
General Settings #
- Order on WhatsApp Button – Enable or disable the feature.
- Button Text – Customize the button label.
- WhatsApp Phone Number – Enter the phone number with country code (e.g. 905551112233).
WhatsApp Message #
You can define a custom message that will be sent automatically when the button is clicked.
Supported placeholders:
{product_name}{price}{sku}{product_url}
Default example:
Hello, I would like to order this product:
{product_name}
- Include Product Name
- Include Price
- Include SKU
- Include Product Link
You can control which details are automatically included in the message.
Display Conditions #
- Include Categories – Show the button only for selected categories
- Exclude Categories – Hide the button for selected categories
- Include Tags – Show only for selected tags
- Exclude Tags – Hide for selected tags
Button Style #
- Button Color
- Button Style
- Button Size
- Button Shape
When enabled, the button appears on the product page and opens a WhatsApp chat with the predefined message.
