Overview
You can manage product image sizes and gallery behavior from two panels:
Product Image Sizes #
Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product Images
Under Product Images, you can control default WooCommerce image sizes such as thumbnails and main product images.
These settings affect how images are displayed across shop and product pages.
Gallery Settings #
Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Gallery & Media
Under Gallery & Media, you can customize the product gallery layout and behavior.
- Image Zoom – Enable or disable zoom on product images.
- Gallery Type – Choose between:
- Slider
- List (grid layout)
Layout & Columns #
- Desktop Column – Number of columns on desktop
- Tablet Column – Number of columns on tablet
- Mobile Column – Number of columns on mobile
- Column Space – Spacing between images
Slider Settings #
- Thumbnails – Enable or disable thumbnails (for slider)
- Thumbnails Column – Number of thumbnail columns
- Thumbnails Column Space – Spacing between thumbnails
- Slider Speed – Transition speed
- Loop – Enable continuous looping
- Gallery Navigation – Show navigation arrows
Gallery Layout Options #
- Gallery Direction – Horizontal or Vertical
- Gallery Thumbnail Position – Inside or Outside
Lightbox Settings #
- Lightbox – Enable or disable image popup view
- Lightbox Image Description – Show image descriptions in lightbox
Video Settings #
- Gallery Video Position – Choose where videos appear in the gallery
- Video Aspect Ratio – Select video ratio
Tip: Use the slider layout with thumbnails and lightbox enabled for a more interactive and modern product gallery experience.
