How to Configure Sale Countdown

1 min read

The Sale Countdown feature displays a countdown timer for products that are on sale with a defined schedule.

This helps create urgency and encourages users to complete their purchase before the discount expires.

Step 1: Set Sale Price and Schedule #

To use the countdown, you must first define a sale with a time limit.

Edit or create a product and go to:

  • Regular Price – Set the original price
  • Sale Price – Set the discounted price
  • Schedule – Click “Schedule” and define start and end dates

The countdown will only work if a sale end date is set.
