The Cookie Bar displays a notification to inform users about cookie usage and allows them to accept it.
This is important for privacy compliance (such as GDPR) and improves transparency with users.
You can configure it from:
Appearance → Customize → Extra → Cookie Bar
General Settings #
- Cookie Bar – Enable or disable the cookie notification.
- Style – Choose between Style 1 or Style 2.
- Cookie Time – Duration (in days) before the cookie notice appears again (default: 15 days).
- Cookie Icon – Show or hide the cookie icon.
Content Settings #
- Text – Message displayed in the cookie bar.
- Button Text – Label for the acceptance button.
Button Style #
- Button Color
- Button Size
- Button Shape
Once enabled, the cookie bar will appear on the website and remain hidden after the user accepts it for the defined duration.
Tip: Keep the message short and clear, and include a link to your privacy policy if required.
